Why Report?
We don't just collect data — we build legal precedents.
Our Mission
Every year, thousands of people in Lithuania fall victim to scammers, yet suing alone rarely pays off — the losses are too small and the costs too high. Apgavo brings together people affected by the same scammer so they can act as one. Once enough cases accumulate, our partner law firm evaluates the case and offers to represent the entire group.

Strength in Numbers
Individual complaints are often ignored. When multiple people report the same scammer, Apgavo automatically links reports into a single case. Group lawsuits force institutions to act.
Secure & Verified Identity
We use top-level encryption and identity verification via Smart-ID and Mobile-ID to keep your data secure throughout the entire process.
From Reports to Results
As the database grows, patterns emerge: the same IBAN across multiple complaints, the same company running the same scheme. Our legal team monitors these patterns and acts once enough evidence accumulates — every report brings everyone closer to a real legal outcome.
How It Works
From report to group lawsuit — three steps.
Report
Fill in a report about the scammer and attach the evidence you have — it takes just a few minutes.
Unite
When more victims report the same scammer, the reports are automatically linked into one case.
Group lawsuit
Our partner law firm evaluates the case and proposes a group lawsuit. You decide whether to join.

A group lawsuit is a legal process where multiple victims file a claim together against the same scammer. This allows sharing legal costs and increases the chances of recovering lost money.
